We could all do with a little bit of extra help when it comes to this mindfulness thing - and so I've created these cards with your 'happy place' in mind! Each one of these designs were hand painted using water colours, and then digitally reprinted to spread mindfulness across the world.
During my own journey with anxiety; I have found simple, minimalist surroundings with neutral and nature related tones to be both soothing and calming...hopefully these encouraging cards can be the first step to 'minimalist serenity' for you too.
Each pack contains 3 different A6 sized cards (each one pictured) that feature quotes that have been personally worded by me. I individually print each set onto lovely textured 300gsm card, and they only feature a small logo on the back so that there is plenty of room for you to write any notes or send as a postcard!
You can also pin them up around your home or desk as a 'pick me up' that catches your eye just as you need it, gift to a friend who could use some positive encouragement, or use as note cards on the go.
