'Forever Eye Rise' - Mindfulness Quote
This original design was hand painted with watercolours and digitally reprinted onto these A6 cards. We could all do with a little bit of extra help when it comes to this mindfulness thing - and so I've created these cards to do just that!
During my own journey with anxiety; I have found simple, minimalist surroundings with neutral and nature related tones to be both soothing and calming...hopefully these encouraging cards can be the first step to 'minimalist serenity' for you too.
You can also pin them up around your home or desk as a 'pick me up' that catches your eye just as you need it, gift to a friend who could use some positive encouragement, or use as note cards on the go.
